We still follow the same principles as in The Body Rescue Plan, with the nutrition, the exercise and the mindset as below.

 

The Maintenance Eating Plan

This is the same as following week six of The Body Rescue Plan, while also having one or two days off per week. In this book I teach you how to understand how much time to have off the plan, how not to get addicted to foods again, and how you can maintain your weight for life in a controlled yet free way.

I also have some delicious recipes with monthly eating plans to suit everyone. There are vegetarian, gluten-free, summer and winter plans, recipes, and shopping lists, too.
